Creckex verifies all new accounts through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.
One Person — One Account: Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.
If an account is opened using false information, Creckex reserves the right to close that account and withhold the balance at any time.

Age Restriction: Creckex is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If anyone is found operating an account on behalf of a minor, both accounts will be closed.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent through third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.
Creckex does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from Creckex:
Processing Time: Withdrawals via Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
Creckex reserves the right to hold any unusual or suspicious withdrawal request for review for up to 72 hours.
Creckex regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions that must be read before acceptance.
Bonus Abuse: Creating accounts or placing bets with the intent to exploit the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash. Any unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited once a promotion expires.
